LEF launches a series of 3-day team-building workshops for its farmer-beneficiaries

Today's Date -- Since last June 2003, LEF organized a series of 3-day team-building/group-building workshops for its farmer-beneficiaries. The workshop utilized Structured Learning Exercises (SLEs) and lecturettes in the conduct of the activity. Two seasoned resource persons coming from the DENR-10 led by Mr. Hans Alavanza facilitated the workshops. A total of 102 farmer-participants have already attended the workshops. Five staffs of an NGO in Lanao del Norte, the Lanao Foundation also attended and were impressed with the skill of the faciltators. Women participants were particularly impressed saying that this is the first time that they participated in an activity with their total involvement.
